About me
Hello. I’m Thorr the creator and photographer behind Sea Me Surf.
Living on the coast of Cornwall and Devon in the UK I found my passion for photography and surfing mixing into a passion for surf and water photography. I Love capturing the amazing sights that only us surfers see, through photography I can share these captivating shots with you, the world. Hopefully showing its hidden beauty’s whilst inspiring you.
I have been surfing for 6 years and inspired to take photos for 4 years, I have been in the water with a camera for 3 years. Along side these I also enjoy mountain biking, kayaking and fell running.
These also offer opportunities for possible shoots, somthing that I am keen to do, contact me for more information on this.
What I shoot with
Varying it up a little I like to shoot a variety of cameras depending on the kind of shoot.
Usually I use a Canon 400d (18-200mm lense) and a
Sony a6500 (16-50mm lense)
In the water I use a Salted line underwater housing on my Sony or use
a Gopro.
My inspiration
I am surrounded by the natural beauty of the coast. The beautiful summers or the powerful crashing storms of winter all inspire me in different ways. I am often inspired when I see a cool shot I might like to capture when out not specifically intending to capture images.
In this mordern day I find a lot of inspiration on social media from fellow photographers.
